Who We Are
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Academy of Research and Training (HEART) is a Public Sector Autonomous Organization established for the pre-service and in-service trainings of the teaching and managerial staff of the Government Colleges of Higher Education, Archives and Libraries Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
HEART also provides a platform for academicians and students of colleges and universities for publishing their research articles in quality research journals.
