Policies & Ethics of the Journal

Plagiarism:

All the articles submitted to the journal should be original works and that authors properly cite any sources they use. The journal uses plagiarism detection software to screen all submissions.

The journal has policy to screen every article for similarity index by using Turnitin. The overall similarity index should not be more than 19%, and a single source should not be more than 4%

Authorship         

The Journal follows established authorship guidelines, such as those developed by Higher Education Commission, to ensure that all authors have made significant contributions to the research and are appropriately acknowledged.

Data Manipulation

The journal ensures that all data presented in the articles is accurate, and that authors do not manipulate data to obtain desired results. To ensure this, the journal asks authors to submit raw data and methods for review.

Conflicts of Interest

The journal also ensures that authors, reviewers, and editors set out any potential conflicts of interest that could impact their work.

Informed Consent

The journal demands that authors have gained consent from research participants, and that their privacy and confidentiality are preserved. Evidence of informed consent must be provided.

Ethics Approval

The journal requires authors to provide documentation that all research involving human subjects or animals has been approved by the relevant ethics committees in order to ensure ethical conduct.

Publication Ethics

 All the articles published in the journal must comply with ethical standards and that any necessary corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern are promptly issued.

Peer Review Ethics

The journal ensures that the peer review process is fair, impartial, and confidential by establishing clear policies for selecting and reviewing articles, and for managing any potential conflicts of interest among reviewers.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

 The journal takes proactive measures to create an inclusive environment for authors and readers from diverse backgrounds. This includes using inclusive language in all articles, as well as implementing policies and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Copyright:

The journal ensures that it adheres to copyright laws, and that authors maintain the rights to their work. It also has explicit policies in place regarding copyright and licensing.
