Abstract

Modern Nationalism and Nation-state Theory and practices as compared to Islamic Universal ideology are the major aspects of criticism of Iqbal’s thoughts. Iqbal analyzes critically the philosophy of the Western Nation-state and unveils its horrors for humanity. He advocates for the Universal ideology of the Islamic political and social system for humans as it offers equality, justice and honour to all human beings irrespective of their colour, cast, language or blood relation.
