Who We Are ?
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Academy of Research & Training (HEART) is a public-sector autonomous organization established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to provide pre-service and in-service professional development programs for teaching and managerial staff of government colleges under the Higher Education Department. It also serves as a platform for academicians and students to publish their research in quality journals, supporting capacity building in higher education across the province.
What We Do ?
At the Higher Education Academy of Research & Training (HEART), we conduct professional pre-service and in-service training programs designed to build the skills and competencies of faculty, academic managers, and support staff working in government colleges under the Higher Education Department. HEART organizes structured courses, workshops, seminars, and capacity-building activities aimed at improving teaching practices, academic leadership, and administrative effectiveness. We also support educational research and scholarly publication, helping academicians and students produce and publish quality research work. Through these initiatives, HEART strengthens the overall quality of higher education and research culture across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
